About

About me 

My name is Sofyane, and I have been studying Orthotics and Prosthetics at Montmorency College for the last four semesters of approximately 15 weeks each. This program prepares me to become an orthotist and a prosthetist. At the end of my program, I can decide which career I want to exercise. The specific courses of my program I took this semester are prosthetic legs, shoes, walking biomechanics, and pathology. Because this program is not a pre-university, there is no competition between students about the grades or the R-Score. Also, there is an internship that we can do each summer. At the end of the last semester, there is an obligatory internship. 

About this blog 

This blog will be about the profession following the program Orthotics and Prosthetics. I think that people like me, students or future students will be interested in my blog. I am planning to write a glossary, a screencast, a career summary, and finally a hypertext narrative. To ensure the quality of my writing, I will use tools to check my grammar like Virtual Writing Tutor and Grammarly.
